    Food Whole Foods Diet
    Michael Pollan states that "it is better to pay the grocer (our edit: or the farmer!) than the doctor." What are your thoughts on this?

    In our age of industrial agriculture, cheap food (readily accessible food; "Junk food") is easy to access—and is often loaded with fats, calories and chemicals that negatively affect our bodies and lead to health problems. Having food that nourishes us (unprocessed food),is  maybe the first step to better health.
