Reflection, encouragement, and relationship building are all important aspects of getting a new habit to stick.
Share thoughts, encourage others, and reinforce positive new habits on the Feed.

To get started, share “your why.” Why did you join the challenge and choose the actions you did?

  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Simplicity Limit Social Media
Social media is a great way to keep us connected with loved ones, makes us laugh, and helps us to learn new things. It can also take more time than we realize or intend to give. After doing this action for a few days now, how do you feel? What do you notice?

After limiting my social media for a few days I feel like I have more free time and able to better focus on the good things in my life and less on everyone else's!

My other food challenge is to plan meals so I can reduce wastes. Today when I go home, I am going to make beef strew into gravy and have it over rice :)

I spent 15 mins last night cleaning my thoughts, with the wind blowing though the window, I feel like I have gained my energy back for the day. :)

Water Say No to Plastic Straws
What single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What could be substituted instead?

Straws, Cups and plastic bags. for a straw i will be getting a "metal" one. I will start using the hydro flask that i already have rather then disposable cups. and for plastic  bags, I already use a hand basket that you find at grocery stores.

I forgot how to sign into this. Now that I am back and since I have signed up I have been working hard on meeting my goals (thought it would be more easy then I am finding out due to health and distractions) getting out side each day and learning how to meditate has been a positive difference in my life and something I will strive to continue each day of my life. Good luck to each of you and have fun!

I love my iced coffee and that's tons of plastic going in the trash when I'm done. Cutting back on the coffee should help my wallet too! I'm also very bad at bringing my reusable bags to the grocery store so I need to work on that.
