    It was a challenge remembering to login and check off my actions daily. But when I did remember to check-in I stayed honest!

    Today's challenge is easier because I am making it a habit to ask to not have a plastic bag at a store and remembering to use my reusable bas when I go out!!

      A good idea is to go ahead and store bags in your car/apartment and set a reminder around the time you go out!

    Our ability to recycle certain things ebbs and flows based upon many factors. Luckily there are places that accept uncommon things to recycle or dispose of in a less harmful way. What did you find when looking for places to recycle items that can't be recycled in your curbside bin?

    The barriers are simply remembering to bring mine every morning and also not wanting to purchase another commodity

    Reducing your paper mail can be such a freeing action to take -- by reducing what is coming in, you can reduce what is going into the recycling bin too. How does it make you feel? What is the next step you will take to reduce your waste?

    being an activist is hard w alot of flyers/ petitions to sign. But an email petition/online registration saves time/the environment!

    How could you incorporate other "R's" -- reduce, reuse, refuse, repair, repurpose, etc. -- into your lifestyle?

    start by first reducing use- its out of habit to use a straw so breaking that habit is reducing plastic intake!
