October 22 at 11:09 AMThe advantages of knowing who produces your food and where it comes from are endless, as this helps you support and buy locally, helps one understand when produce is "in season" or not. This also helps bridge the gap between farm and fork. Our food system relies on trusting the people and environment that were involved along the way.
