    Waste Personal Waste Audit
Why is it so difficult to understand the impacts our purchases and waste have on other people, animals, and places? How might your experience with this challenge impact your future consumption and choices?

Sest ühiskonnas on nn äraviskamise kultuur, kus kasutatakse tooteid tagajärgedeta.

  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Food Zero-Waste Cooking
In North America, up to 65% of food waste happens at the consumer level. Chef Steven Satterfield advocates for utilizing every part of a vegetable. How can you incorporate using an entire vegetable, including the skins, tops, and stalks during your next meal prep?

Tuleb mõelda toidutegemine lihtsalt läbi. Lihtne.

Esimene tuhin hakkab otsa saama, kuid varasemad harjumused on uue näo saanud

    Simplicity Limit Social Media
Social media is a great way to keep us connected with loved ones, makes us laugh, and helps us to learn new things. It can also take more time than we realize or intend to give. After doing this action for a few days now, how do you feel? What do you notice?

  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Nature Forage for My Food
Amongst the motivations for foraging are: a source of food; means of income; connecting with nature; cultural tradition; or transmitting "local ecological knowledge, and a means for stewarding local and native plant populations" (McLain et al. 2012, 13). Which of these would be your chief motivation and why?

Enda jaoks oleksid connecting with nature ja cultural tradition. Eestlane ja mets - kes neid jõuaks lahuta. Alati on olnud austus metsa vastu ja on soov põlise linnalapsena veeta aega rahulikult looduse keskel.

De-cluttering all day every day! Before moving I felt that I don't have that much stuff.... but oh boy I was wrong. Still a lot of improvements to do there.
