    Along with recycling, this has shown me just how much waste my family produces.  It is really eye opening.

    Wow- this challenge flew by! I have found these really easy to incorporate so I plan on continuing on a permanent basis, as well as researching additional ways I can be more eco-conscious.

    I am more focused on what and how much I am eating. Fell full faster and no need to eat seconds.
