October 23 at 4:49 AMMy challenge is going great! I was a vegetarian for 9 years previously, and I thought that going meatless again would be really challenging. Apparently it is much easier to go back to those old dietary habits than I thought! I often cook with my parents or other family, ad it is great to see that they are eating less meat now too.

October 22 at 10:19 AMInstead of using tortillas to make tacos, I made a cornbread topping for a Mexican-type casserole. This made it cheaper and with (nearly) zero packaging waste. My girlfriends mom bought me a metal reusable straw which I now use instead (I also reuse any plastic ones I get), I've also been reusing plastic silverware, item packaging is hard to avoid because it is not in my hands waht the companies use or not.

October 21 at 6:01 PMSchool and how to better myself academically. I focus a lot on spiritual stuff but I think it would be beneficial to my grades to start focusing on my school work too.
