October 23 at 9:46 AMI try to eat healthy and plenty, whenever I feel I'm getting sick I try to slow down and drink tea or orange juice and it usually helps, I avoid situations that could harm me, I am very into skin care so I do routines to exfoliate, etc. I try to exercise, whether it is going to the gym, or just walking places if I can. I try to be close to...

October 22 at 7:11 PMMany people think that just eating veggies doesn’t have it’s consequences. But truthfully, the mass production of crops sometimes leaves acres of land completed stripped of their nutrients. Now, the CO2 and methane emissions from the American meat production has definitely left a mark on the Earth as well, but I wish growing vegetables (local...

October 22 at 7:07 PMSan Antonio suffers from drought and then when the rains come... it pours for days causing major flooding. The communities in the heart of downtown probably have it the worst. The Earth will appreciate it a latte. (honestly I'm just here to make myself feel better and...

I asked my family to keep their cardboard, paper, and plastic for a couple of weeks until I came home. We then drove for 10 minutes and were able to recycle 60lbs of different materials. (and we got a couple dollars out of it!) This is the picture of...

October 21 at 11:07 PMThe challenge has made me realize many things I wasn't aware of before, and it encourages me to do stuff I could've done before to reduce waste, save water, eat healthier, etc. It is pretty simple, I feel people just have to get a little help from a challenge like this to start doing what could do a big difference
