I have been eating so many greens lately that I think it's finally starting to affect me in a positive way.....I've actually cut my portions when I do eat now and hoping that the outcome is gonna be positive with a little weight loss.
Social media is a great way to keep us connected with loved ones, makes us laugh, and helps us to learn new things. It can also take more time than we realize or intend to give. After doing this action for a few days now, how do you feel? What do you notice?

It's crazy how taking a little time to focus on being more health can change the way you view things around you. Taking notice of all the things in this world that are not healthy or good for the environment. It really makes you stop and think! If only we all just took a little more time to be informed maybe we would all be happier, healthier people.
I try to book annual visits to ensure everything is working well. I try to exercise regularly and take some time to wind down every day by either reading a book or doing a crossword to put my mind at ease. Need to be better with feeding myself good foods though!
