October 24 at 11:45 AMWe have really extreme policing of gender roles in the United States, in some ways more so than other Western countries. October 21 at 4:06 PMAs a family we are going to commit to at least one weekend a month that we will be tech/ screen free so that we are spending more time with each other. We are going to go social media free for the Thanksgiving Holiday and no individual screen time (family TV/ movie time only).

October 20 at 6:48 PMI had not considered the value of sleep until this challenge. Rest is important. I get it. I will make sure to take time to rest moving forward.
