    Know the best thing about bringing my own bags along to the grocery store?   I can actually bring ALL the groceries in from the car in ONE trip without cutting off the the circulation in my arms!

    I think what helped me in my shift to plant-based meals was to try new recipes that are not exactly replacements of meals I used to eat when I was eating meat.
