October 24 at 3:07 PMI have been eating so many greens lately that I think it's finally starting to affect me in a positive way.....I've actually cut my portions when I do eat now and hoping that the outcome is gonna be positive with a little weight loss.

October 24 at 8:48 AMIt is difficult not to turn to distraction when you're bored. But limiting social media in these situations can make you a more mindful, thoughtful person.

Taking notice of all the things in this world that are not healthy or good for the environment. It really makes you stop and think! If only we all just took a little more time to be informed maybe we would all be happier, healthier...

October 24 at 8:11 AMI try to book annual visits to ensure everything is working well. I try to exercise regularly and take some time to wind down every day by either reading a book or doing a crossword to put my mind at ease. Need to be better with feeding myself good foods though!
